Avnun Jewelry offers to retailers and designers a complete Menu of Services that covers every stage in jewelry production. The retailer can choose which services best suit the circumstances of his store and operations and those that will be most responsive to his customer’s needs.

DESIGN

CAD – Avnun Jewelry will send a CAD design for the retailer to review or show his customer

MODEL MAKING

CAM – (Computer Assisted Machine) Avnun Jewelry will produce a modeling file that is print

WAX CARVING

Avnun Jewelry will produce a hand carved wax model based on the approved

(Cost depends on complexity, but it will always be higher than a CAM model).

METAL MODEL

Avnun Jewelry will produce the piece directly in metal based on the approved

PRINTING

YOU can choose to print the wax/resin yourself, have it sent to your caster for printing, or Avnun Jewelry can print or mill the wax/resin for you.

Avnun Jewelry can mill using either a Revo 540B or Revo 540CX.

CASTING

YOU can choose to have your piece using your caster or Avnun Jewelry can cast them for you.

At Avnun Jewelry we can have your wax/resin cast in New York.

JEWELER WORK AND ASSEMBLY

YOU can have all of your work done at your store or any contract shop of your choosing.

Avnun Jewelry can finish your piece if you prefer, but only if we work on the piece from beginning to end.
